I forgot I had a blog! It's been ages since my last post. So much family chaos and drama have taken place in the last 7 years that have ripped me to shreds and left me with a sadness that will never leave my heart. The situation involved my oldest sister and her oldest son. Two people I loved dearly and are now no longer in my life due to their manipulation of a family member for financial and materialistic gain. Hopefully, now I can move forward and work on healing.
Two of the events that I sell items at have been postponed until 2021. The local Christmas Fair at the Douglas County Fairground in Roseburg, Oregon, will take place. However, I will not be there this year due to Covid, my age and some medical issues I've decided to pass this one up until next year. The good news is that this gives my sister and I another year to create new items to add to our inventory.
In between the moments of chaos I was keeping busy working on projects. Two new artworks to be taken to the printers and more on the art table waiting to be finished. Several projects can be sold at the Christmas Fair and the creepier venues. A few months ago I began creating with resin and the silicone moulds. It's been a great adventure and I'm excited about the projects I'll be able to add to my inventory. Cathie, my partner at the events, has been working on exciting additions to her inventory. We will have quite a variety when we attend the events next year.
